Healthy Bodies
From a baby's earliest experiences of tummy time followed by crawling, through to first steps and then those big hops, skips and jumps! Our Healthy Bodies activities include daily scheduled physical activity time, a variety of specialist incursions and key learning activities so children understand what their wonderful bodies can do as they grow.

Healthy Minds
The skills for developing emotional strength and well-being can be developed before children are able to fully express themselves verbally. Our Healthy Minds activities include mental health awareness, mindful practices inspired by yoga and early opportunities for children to learn languages and explore music.

Healthy Families
It takes a village to raise a child, and we do all we can to support our families as our Healthy Families program. From parent information sessions to extra support when needed, and an individualised approach to helping each child reach their full potential, our families are valued members of our centre community.

Healthy Communities
We are privileged to be part of our local community. Our Healthy Community initiatives include incursions and excursions, charity support and local awareness. This helps children learn how they can connect with and contribute to the community, in big ways and small.

Healthy World
Our children are the future...and we believe it's never too young for them to understand the role they can play in contributing to a Healthy World. Opportunities, practices and conversations about recycling, gardening, sustainability initiatives and the needs of our planet are lessons we share regularly.
